This year our ward is responsible for snow removal at the church on Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday morning 

January-April - It is our ward's turn to clean the building each week.  Here is some information about it and the schedule for the next several weeks: 

Cleaning Groups BR 1st Ward 2024

1. The asterisk name is the group leader. The leader could text or call those in the group and let them know of this opportunity to clean the church at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning.

2. Leland Hunt can contact the leaders and see if they have questions or need help.

3. Those in the group who want to help but can’t come at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning can get an assignment and do it at another time. For instance, they could clean the bathrooms on Friday night. Another option would be to switch weeks with someone else and they can take your place and you can take theirs.  Thank you!

Here are the cleaning groups for the next several weeks.

1/26 - Seminaries and Institue Broadcast -  6-7 pm - Elder D. Todd Christofferson, Elder Clark G. Gilbert of the Seventy, and Brother Chad H Webb will address Church Educational System administrators, employees, and teachers around the world.

1/28 - Worldwide Event for Youth - 6-7 pm - Elder Gary E. Stevenson, Young Women General President Emily Freeman, and Young Men General President Steven J. Lund will address Latter-day Saint youth, their parents, and their leaders about the 2024 youth theme, “I Am a Disciple of Jesus Christ.”

1/31 - Blood Drive - Bear River building -10:00 am - 4:00pm

1/31 - Harrisville Cannery assignment - 6:00 - 10:00 pm, 5 people needed

2/13 - 6:30 pm Valentine Social Dance at the church - see flyer below

2/18 - Worldwide Young Adult Devotional - 6-8 pm - Elder and Sister Soares

3/17 - 6 pm Worldwide Relief Society Devotional - see flyer below
